Windows CE 3.0 Software

Is this the wrong forum for the IBM Workpads? The Z50 is sort of ThinkPad like, and it's old, and I don't think it really belongs in the Z-Series forum.

Is Windows CE compatible with normal windows software? Does it have to say Windows CE to be compatible? Can software be installed on a Z50 if I put a CF in it, or would I be stuck with what it comes with?

Does anyone have a spare Z50 they want to get rid of?
