HD Upgrade

For switching to a larger drive, can I just mirror my current drive with Rescue & Recovery to a USB drive and then use R&R to restore to the new drive?

Moving from a 60g drive that came with T43p when new and upgrading to 120g Fujitsu MHV2120AH.

Any other challenges I should expect?

R&R should work but more convenient is to use Apricorn EZ GigII or Acronis TrueImage. Place new drive in the HDD slot, old drive in a USB housing and boot with software in the CD drive.
