Samsung DDR2 laptop ram warranty??

I have a ram chip here.Never tested it yet.I have to get my hands on my buddys T60P to test it.
But i have been looking online to see if the Samsung ram has lifetime warranty or not.
Heres the # on it.
Samsung m470t5663cz3-ce6
I found the ram on samsung.com but cant find anything about warranty on it.
It may be right in front of me on the page but i cant see it.
Anyone know if it does have lifetime warranty?
