WTB: Thinkpad X40, 1.6ghz *NO LONGER LOOKING*

Looking for a X40 that runs at 1.6ghz. I would consider a 1.5ghz model if the price is right, but I greatly prefer a 1.6ghz model. Must have 512mb onboard (so that I can max out at 1.5gb). It doesn't have to come with 1.5gb of ram - plain X40 is just fine with me. It also does not have to be in perfect condition or anything - normal wear and tear is just fine.
