Password Manager suddenly empty

Hi. Yesterday when I opened TVTPM all passwords were gone, totaly empty. I haven't done no kind of config in CSS or any other security settings. No updates from Lenovo the last month. All content in Password Manager was just suddenly gone (without reason?). Approximatle 200 passwords.

Since I do have a brain tumor which affect my memory badly, this loss of information in a huge catastrofy. No backups been taken recently aswell....(yes I know, stupid as...)

Is there a possibility that the information by some reason been trasfered to another place in the computer? Or what? I don't know what to look for (file-extension etc). Anybody who has any idea to solution of this problem?

The fingerprint reader works fine and Password Manager continue to ask if I would like to save the password when there is a loggin situation. It works as earlier but is now empty!!

Driving T60, XP SP3, CSS 7.0, R&R 3.1, Password Manager 2.

I was hoping someone with more info would respond. All I can say is that I once looked for such a file and I was unable to find anything. I decided that they would not make that sort of info easy to find and it would probably be encrypted. Sorry. I hope someone else can add something.
