@garysblim: You may want to clarify exactly which T2x system you need the memory for. T20-T22 systems require "low density" memory, while the T23 can take "high density". 2x256 suggests you're looking for two 256MB low density modules for your T20, but it's open to some interpretation....

Sorry for the confusion. It's for a T21 so I guess it's the low density memory. I didn't know T23 had a different memory specification.

Also, I have bought the dock this morning outside the forum. So, I'm looking for the memory and the HDD adapter.
