The local BBC reporters have been busy in this quiet and unspoilt part of England and have produced video footage of a local eccentric who writes a blog. The short video, towards the end, includes scenes shot in my local pub with a few of the locals (if you can understand the deepest Hampshire accent) having a chat and a chuckle.

BTW, Alresford, the town at the centre of all of this was full of US Army personnel in 1944 just before D-Day. Your dad might have been there.

Yes, Ray. 'H' said some of his cows could have appeared on page 3.

For those that don't know, the Sun newspaper (or rag) has a topless woman on page 3 in each edition.
