FS: Thinkpad T41, 14", 1.5GHz, 768MB, 40GB, With Photos

Got this in the other day for parts but it's far too good for that.

I've done a picture set which can be downloaded from here

Nice clean overall condition; there's some scratches / marks on the lid but only seen when held against the light.

Keyboard and Trackpad show some use but still look fine. The red button is a little worn.

Display has some faint marks but I only found them when making the photos, so don't affect the picture quality.

It's a 14.1" T41 but the model / serial numbers label's missing. Also screen label is T41 (see photos).

Motherboard FRU: 93P3307 and is listed for T41 on T41 Hardware Maintenance Manual, page 211 (see photos).

The ATI 7500 Radeon Mobile graphics chip has been professionally reflowed by my own company using infra red technology, with a continuous bond applied around it to reduce future GPU failure.

I've cleaned all the dust from inside and renewed the existing heatsink compound with Arctic Silver.

All the correct screws are fitted, together with new double sided adhesive tape on the little front plastic screw covers so they won't fall off.

I've not advertised this laptop on eBay because I want to give TP Forum members first choice on a really nice T41.
