Description:
This is the same OEM type sold on eBay. These OEM batteries are advertised as an "8 cell" with 14.4V and 4500 mAH (64 Whr capacity per IBM spec). In reality, these batteries are 14.8V and 3800 mAH (56Whr capacity), effectively making it a 6 cell battery in the form factor of an 8 cell. Shame on these unscrupulous eBay sellers!

I received the battery with 14.8% wear out of the box and has remained at 47,360 mWhr capacity since.
