Can anybody provide instructions. I run the patch but it doesnt work, and I am completely clueless how to get it to work, I like Vista, but its just not working for me.

It seems to be a problem with the Ethernet driver that causes sound to 'skip'.

Download and install the latest 8256x driver direct from Intel:

I can't get the sound driver itself to install.

Standard procedure on most Lenovo drivers:
doubleclick on the downloaded, file, and it only EXTRACTS to c:\drivers\somewhere
You need to go into \somewhere and doubleclick on the setup.exe in \somewhere to INSTALL.

Wow you really think im that stupid? There's a patch that appearantly you need but I can't get it to work. And doing a driver install through windows doesnt work.
