Files on CF card replaced by "Found" folder!

Oh dear! I have a CF card with quite a bit of music and programs on it. I scandisked and defragmented it. I can do this with my SD cards and I have no problems. However after I finished I noticed that in Windows XP Pro there were no files of any kind whatsoever on it. I tried using Ubuntu and saw a "found" folder there with all my stuff in it.

Is there anyway to recover this stuff???
