Just a strange thing happened today.
I wanted to power on my X40, but all it did was sit on the Ibm Thinkpad Bios screen, and nothing, no hdd activity light.
Pressing the Access IBM button also did nothing.
I was able to enter the BIOS and reset default options with F9, and upon rebooting it also did nothing.
Tried docked with AC, on battery, with dock with no battery, setting HDD as 1st boot priority, all nothing.
So I let it sit for about 5-10 minutes on the Ibm Thinkpad screen and it finally booted.
I've rebooted it a few times to see what happens and it boots fine now.
What could of been the problem then?
