T23 model 2648 8NU memory upgrade question

I want to upgrade my T23 from 256MB to 1048MB. I found where to buy the 512MB cards but need to know how to locate them on the computer and if there is any special procedure required.

There is a plate (a couple inches by couple inches) on the bottom held on by a screw, remove this and you will see two ram slots. Very easy..just don't confuse the ram with the modem which is under a separate plate. The pictures on the website will make it obvious.
