Ultrabay Battery (X301) - possible to have it discharge 2nd?

#1 Post by kanello2222 » Sun May 24, 2009 8:10 pm

Is there any way to have the Ultrabay battery in my x301 discharge AFTER the larger 6cell battery? It seems to discharge first and because of the small capacity and my rate of usage this thing will be cycled out in a few months.

Thanks.

I don't think there is a way to do it. I had one with my 14" R60. It was at less than 50% capacity after four months of usage. I decided to get the nine-cell battery instead.

Sorry it is not possible to have the main battery discharge first, and the UltraBay battery second.
