I have had a strange problem. This is an old T30. I installed the latest UltraNav driver. And I like to configure it to use the lightest touch force:
Control Panel --> Mouse --> UltraNav tab --> (Tracking Point) Settings --> Light touch.
However, when I put the computer in standby for some time, or restart the computer, the settings revert back to default, which is medium touch.
I also tried to "Show UltraNav icon on the system tray". But the icon disappears after a long time standby or restart.
Anyone has any idea what might be causing the problem? Thanks.
The operating system is Windows XP Professional SP3.
