Saving Data from R50

Does anyone know what thinkpad a R50 harddrive will drop into and run without formating and reinstalling the programs

T40/41/42 and R51.
You could have an issue if the HD goes from an ATI GPU to an Intel GPU.
To avoid that, uninstall the graphics drivers before you do a transplant/clone.
