Any problems with new XP ATI driver?

Hi Folks,

I'm considering updating my T400 2764-CTO to the newest ATI Radeon Lenovo driver - Version 8.563.2.1-090401a-079920C. Given that I was getting BSODs on my XP system with the last version, I'm a little hesitant to update willy nilly. Anyone have any issues with the newest driver?
