WTB: Small(er) ThinkPad

I'd like to upgrade my wife's laptop, as it's showing it's age. I'm looking for:

14" T60/T61, 1400x1050 res. screen (non-widescreen), processor & GPU doesn't really matter as they'll all be good. Battery should be pretty good, and condition really good.
SL300 - any version
X60, X61 - Any version
X301, X200, X200 Tablet, etc... - just kidding.

Looking to spend about $400, might be able to go more for the right machine.

I've got only a few posts here, but I'd had like 10 ThinkPads in my personal use the last 10 years or so, and over 100 + transations on eBay as "plympton" (100% positive after 10 years or so).

I have one in my other listing, but it's a FireGL based board which is probably overkill for your needs. Nevertheless, might be worth a look.
