I have a brand new Waterfield sleeve for sale, with the custom flap. I bought it for an X200S, but it will fit other X series as well.
Length 11.6", Height 9.2", Depth 1.4"

Price drop - $40 shipped. This is one of the nicest sleeves you can get for an X series Thinkpad. The quality in unbelievably good, and so is this price.
