T30 with bad screen needs help

Just received a few T3o systems that have seriously dim screens. I have seen many advertisements for the cfl, and it is just beyond my ability to deal with things that tiny. I figure someone out here must do it, and charge for it, any takers? I have the screens, can use your parts or mine, I don't really care that much, just need working screens.
