Assuming that you are looking for the complete LCD panel (vs. the CCFL backlight), that model only came in a 15" UXGA configuration. A31P's also came with that LCD, so I'd also assume that you have a choice of an A30P 15" UXGA panel or an A31P 15" UXGA panel. The part number is 05K9967.
Try EBay or wait for a reply here. These are becoming quite rare in good condition. If you are serious about getting a new one, expect to pay a premium.

Thanks for the reply.

I can shine a light on the screen and still see images, so I think the screen is fine.
It is just the backlight I need.
Do you know of a good backlight source? Is it best to get this from Lenovo?
