Strange Z61m Camera & Bluetooth not working problem - help!

I have a really nice Z61m, but the camera and Bluetooth do not work. I tried 1) a new camera, 2) a new Bluetooth module, 3) a new cable assembly and 4) a new LCD inverter. Same result, no operating system sees the devices. Manual driver installs do not work either. I have a Z61t with camera and Bluetooth and they are automatically recognized by Windows. Ubuntu doesn't see them either. The Bluetooth is not disabled in the BIOS. The wireless radio switch is not off. I back revved the BIOS & EC, no change, then reflashed the current BIOS & EC, no change.

Every other device works including the LCD, ThinkLight, modem, wifi, speakers, SD reader, etc. Even the microphones, which are part of the complicated LCD cable, work.

Is it possible that part of the mobo is bad? Does anyone know where the chip(s) would be that control the camera and Bluetooth power? The LCD connector on the mobo looks fine and I cleaned it, too.

Any ideas?

Any ideas? Should I remove the mobo and bathe it in alcohol to ensure it's clean?

Swap the entire LCD assembly between the Z61t and the Z61m.
