Key for the Dock

I bought an X40 with dock a few days ago. The laptop arrives ok. But it is locked with the dock (in the lock position ) and it does not come with a key. The guy who sold me the laptop is willing to accept return.

Does anybody know how to unlock the dock? Can I just buy a key somewhere online. Or the only option I have is to return the laptop.

Locksmiths are licensed to pick a lock and it is illegal to possess lock picking tools without a license. If the seller was the rightful owner, they should have the key to send to you or left it in the unlock position.

I have sent the laptop back to the seller in case of any future troubles. Others may find the link useful though!
