a new problem about T41 hibernation

Hi, there. A couple days ago I asked about long time wake-up from hibernation of my T41.

Someone suggested me to defragementation and I've done it. However, a new problem appears after the defragmentation.

The problem is my laptop will not enter hibernation automaticaly any more, although I've set this option in my power management: when in battery mode, standby after 5 min and hibernate after 30 min.

Any suggestion will be appreciate. Thank you so much.
