How many of you have docks for your X Series Thinkpads? I'm thinking about dropping $200 on one for my X40.

What do you think of yours?

Although I *do* have a USB-2 DVD/CD burner I could use to install from, but it'd be a pain to hook it up every time I wanted to install software.

So that dock is mighty useful.

I have a mini dock that is shared between my X31, X30(well, girlfriend's...but I bought it for her), and T42P.

as for the thing that attaches to the bottom of the X31....I wish.

Depends on what you need the dock for.

The ultra base works if you have ultrabay drives allready. If what you want is to be able to keep your cords connected on the desk and plug in when you need too the port rep II works great.
