Installing 7k320 SATA in Z60m problems

I recently obtained a Hitachi 7k320 for my Z60m and am having some trouble getting it to work properly. I am using the recovery media I burned from the original factory image to install OS and Thinkvantage onto the new HDD. However, everytime it finishes the restoration I get this pop-up that says System Preparation Tool 2.0. I did some research on this and it seems that the restoration is not completing and something is wrong. Is there a way to fix this?
