T500 for CoD4?

Can the T500 with discrete graphics run CoD 4 with a decent frame rate at native resolution? If not, how about the W500?
T60 2007-7JU (15" Flexview, has a T60p mobo for the v5200, 4gb ram, changed HDD w/7200rpm 100gb, T7400 2.16ghz Core 2 Duo)

Doesn't that screen kinda suck though? I wish they still made my 15" 4:3 Flexview...
