Powermanager Newest version works on X21 or not?

dear all,
just wanna ask whether the newest version for Thinkvantage Powermanager works on X21 or not,
while my X21 is using Batterymizer, it doesnt hv the function of showing more detailed battery information and battery resetting function, while my T43 using powermanager can enjoy these functions.

can anyone provide a concrete answer?
