Memory module in which laptop?

Can memory module DDR2 667 PC2-5400 200 pin be used in a T42p or T30 or X31?

No, those machines require PC-2700 which is a different architecture RAM module

BTW - what IBM/Lenovo laptops can use that module?

T6*, R6*, X6*, Z61*, and the newer hundred-series (X200/300, T400/500, etc).
X220/IPS, T60p/IPS
