14" vs. 15" R51 memory cover... Are they the same?

I need to replace a 15" R51 memory cover but can only find 14" R51 memory cover. I suspect they are the same. Can anyone tell me for sure whether these two machines use the same memory cover?

Appear to be the same, according to the service manual.
