An introduction and some issues with my 390X 2626

Hello!
I've bought my thinkpad about a year ago for 60€ together with an IBM bag.
I immediately fell in love with it, but I'm having some (read: A LOT) issues with.
- Both batteries I got are dead
- The O key sticks just a little bit. I can use it, but it can be irritating when typing fast.
- The sound... It only outputs a lot of noise where I can vaguely recognize what should be playing.
No, it's not a broken speaker, it does the same with headphones
-The screen. The problem with it? THERE IS NO. The mounts for the hinges must have suffered from metal fatigue, so the entire screen cracked off.. =( I removed it and use a external crt monitor.

It currently has the original hard drive (12GB) and 192MB ram.
It's running on Debian Linux.

Anyone with a cheap/free solution to any of these problems?
I have a picture of it on my desktop, will post it later.
