Kingston HyperX in T400

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had tried using the Kingston HyperX PC3-8500 with any success. Kingston claims it is good for CL5, however the one guy that reviewed it at new egg claims that it runs at CL7 unless you can force it in the bios.

Has anyone tried using it and did it run at CL5 or CL7?
