IBM T43 Memory (Ram)

Will a T43 take PC5300 667mhz memory?

Yes.
I have 2 x 1gig's of DDR2_667 ram in my T43P now.

What about mixing them with PC4200?

That will work also.
I have used pc4200 and pc5300 1 gig dimm's together in my T43P at one time.
But i have of each speed here so i just stuck with the two pc5300's.

Your machine will always run at PC2-4200 speeds, but it will take any mix and match of that and PC5300, as SaberX has stated.
