WTB T60 or newer

Here are my requirements:

Prefer T/R 60 with celeron as I have a spare core duo T2500 I can upgrade it to since I cannot afford a core duo or core 2 duo laptop on this budget.

Under $250

14" High resolution screen

I do not care about hard drive, memory or operating system, but the system must be 100% functional and tested before I purchase it.
