T41p Where is the Ethernet Driver ?

Could somebody tell me which ethernet driver to install?

I have made a fresh XP install from XPSP2 made by using directions posted by UCI_MECH, but lacking the ethernet drivers....

I have several drivers, but they all seem to be for the IBM A,B and G and not the ethernet?
