T400 Atheros WLAN Stopped Working

Hello guys, long time reader first time poster:

I've been having a big problem with my T400, well, with three of them, we recently bought them to use them as mobile workstations, installed Windows Server 2003 SP2 on them, all the updates and drivers, everything was working fine until we upgraded each of the T400s from 1 dimm (2GB) to 2 dimms (2x2GB), they still work, but now the Atheros WLAN says it can't start, I've updated the driver and tried several things like reinstalling the device and nothing works, maybe it has something to do with the IRQs, I hope not tho, the ram is not bad itself, we’ve tested different dims, anyone have any clue what it might be?
