T21 Video Promblem

I have a very odd issue with my T21. When I boot with out a port replicator it things that its LCD id HUGE. I cant see half of the screen. When I boot with the port replicator the LCD is normal. What is going on with this? The BOIS is even huge so i know its not an OS Driver.

In winXP the Laptop acts like it has two monitors...even though it is undocked and unplugged!!!

Im not sure what I am doing but sometimes I can get this laptop to come up right...Has anyone ever seen this?

I just pulled the laptop apart and reset everything that had a socket and put the laptop back together. So far it has consitantly come back up right....Im hopeing that I got this fixed.
