Installed Windows 7 can't get Pantone color sensor to work

#1 Post by archy user » Wed Aug 05, 2009 6:39 am

Like the subject says I installed 7 and reinstalled the hueypro and still no luck with the sensor. The program turns on and runs but when it says to close the lid I don't get any beeps or blinks from the LED.

Am I missing drivers? I've been searching with no luck.

Thanks
Paul

Seems to be a comon problem, - I have it too. Someone posted that the original Hueypro application from a Lenovo preload c:\swtools\apps\hueypro... has an X-rite folder inside, - with 'another' setup.exe which turns out to work, - but I haven't tried it yet.
