FOR SALE: 128MB Ram for T23

I just got two 512mb sticks of ram for my T23 so the two 128MB sticks are for sale for $25.00 each delivered to the lower 48 states. This seems to be the going price on ebay.
One is Micron IBM 19k4653, the other is Hynix IBM approved 19k4653.
I thought I would offer them here before I put them on ebay.
I accept paypal, checks or money orders. I have a feedback rating of 107 that is 100% positive on ebay.

You should make a note that these are probably PC133 RAM as spec'ed for the T23 and WON'T work in earlier model Thinkpads.

You are correct sir. PC133 Ram
IBM lists this memory as fitting the following systems:

# ThinkPad A30 and A30p systems
# ThinkPad R30 and R31 systems
# ThinkPad T23 systems
# ThinkPad X22, X23, X24 and X30 systems

That is all the compatibility I claim.

But in that case I have 2 pieces FRU 20L2065 which will work with "ThinkPad 390X, 600X, 570E, A20, A21, A22 Series, T20, T21, T22 Series, X20, X21 Series, i Series 1200, 1300, 178x, and non-IBM industry standard systems that support industry standard SDRAM SoDIMMs to the PC 100 memory module specifications."

One is IBM/Infineon and the other IBM-approved/Micron. Same price, US$25 each, including postage to anywhere in North America and even Europe.
