I find most cases that are designed for a 13" Macbook fit pretty well.

Even many 13" form fitting sleeves fit great.

I bought one of these and it fits my 9-cell X200 perfectly. Got it for 5.50 shipped from Hong Kong. It is surprisingly well made, too. (neoprene)

I have a similar one (albeit a bit larger) for my T61. Perfect fit, good quality. After some time only the places on the low corner show a little bit of wear.
