Depends on many factors, the specs and the condition of the unit being probably the two most important.

Just out of interest, what importance does a model number play when buying a t60p? I guess that the t60p´s are most likely upgraded from there original specs in most cases?
(I still haven´t recieved mine yet from the eaby seller as I haven´t as yet recieved any more communication/emails - so I may have to put a WTB on the market section :? )

The model number indicates how the T60p was configured, including CPU type, screen size, screen resolution, HD and optical disk specs, as well as optional features like fingerprint reader, Bluetooth, WWAN, etc. There can easily be a 2:1 price differential between between the "entry level" T60p and one that's "fully loaded."

See here for further info. Scroll down to the T60p and check out the different specs on each listing.

You need a 64-bit OS to fully utilise 4GB memory. Otherwise, 3GB is enough.
Core 2 Duo T7600, 3GB DDR2-667 RAM, Main 7K320 320GB 7200RPM + Ultrabay 320GB 5400RPM, ATI FireGL V5250, 15" IPS UXGA, DVDRW, Bluetooth, Atheros ABGN, NMB Keyboard, Fingerprint, Win7 Pro X86 + Vista 64-bit SP2, Advanced Dock.

WXGA (1280x800) is a bit low for a 14.1" screen and is 30% lower than the 1400x1050 of the T60p that you were initially considering. I recommend you to opt for a T400 with WXGA+ (1440x900), which is still less than 1400x1050 but that's the highest you can get with a T400.

Get this only if you plan on running the laptop on battery often. If it's going to be plugged in most of the time, get the 6-cell battery instead to keep the laptop light. Besides making the laptop heavy, the 9-cell batt also sticks out a lot more than the 6-cell one.

Either of these is best, in my opinion;

14.1 WXGA+ TFT, w/ CCFL Backlight [subtract $20.00]
14.1 WXGA+ TFT, w/ CCFL Backlight, Camera [add $10.00 subtract $20.00]

Limited time means while supplies last.

It means it's a limited time offer. If you come back later, the offer may be gone and you will have to pay for a camera. Of course it doesn't mean that you will get a free camera that works for a limited time ;)
