When i have my X40 lid closed the right side of it has a wee bit of give...
but the left side is shut closed... does your guys's do this?
Is there any way I can tighten it? is this reason enough to call IBM for warranty?

I noticed on my sister's that the left side has to be pushed on right over the latch to get it to grab tightly.
However, ThinkPads are designed to have a little give in the lids. I don't know if there's any truth to this, but my IBM salesman says its supposed to have enough room "to let you slip a buniness card in there."
