LF: a cheap T43 with Intel GPU and 14in XGA

Looking for a cheap T43 with an Intel-based GPU. Must be in good working condition with a good 14in XGA screen. Any spec will do. RAM isn't necessary at all as I'll upgrade it anyway. Power supply is optional too as I have my own. Let me know what you have and the price with shipping to MA. I would prefer to keep it as close to $200 as possible.
