tvout not happening.

after getting s-vid tvout (pal) working fine with the desktop pc (98se) & gf2gts i decided to give it a go with the r40 (2722-29m)

ive had no luck with the latest drivers for 98se or xp.
windows cannot detect the screen.
any help appreciated cheers

I have the same problem with my R50 and I have still not managed to do it. I have just posted the same question to this forum, before I've seen your post.

Yesterday, I bought an SVideo->SCART cable hoping that it might do it. Unfortunately, the only difference was that windows now recognized the TV and I could enable it, but I still could not get the picture on TV.
