Screen off?

I'm not sure if this is relegated to the 7100 RC but I can't seem to F + F3 my screen off. I'm pretty sure the driver is around somewhere but am hoping someone here has the answer.

You will first need to install System Interface Driver, then install Hotkey Driver. Also, Power Management Driver.
