R61i hangs after login

hi
i have an Thinkpad r61i and after the windows logon the Pc hangs ! For to resolve the problem must switch off the notebook .. restart and at 50% work it after logon .
i have read this http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... IGR-4YQNTQ but don't find the solution.

Try booting into Safe Mode, by pressing F8 repeatedly at boot-up.
Then click on Start/Run, type in: msconfig and hit OK.
On the opening (General) tab, you could tick the Diagnostic Startup and reboot. See if that helps.
Check the Startup tab to see if any unknown programs are messing up your system.
Untick these and reboot.

details :

* the crash is caused by wireless .. if disable the interface the pc don't crash
* the wireless crash the explorer.exe process

if stop the service and restart explorer.exe throught the task manager the pc continue the start processing



any help ?
