Prepare Hibernate file while in Standby

I understand there is an option, while the Notebook is in Standby to start building or copying the Hibernation file in order to make it faster when the Hibernate time arrives, please where I can find this option ?, thanks

I believe it is in the BIOS setup under power management. For my X30, it is amongst the last few options. What is your model of thinkpad? Maybe others can shed some light on it?

In your BIOS, under Power Options, find an option for "RediSafe." Turn it on and save and exit your BIOS and reboot.

All done.
