LF: T40-42 system board

Anyone have a spare working T4x/T5x 14" system board, to replace one in my mom's T42? Hers has the GPU issue.

I went out to eBay looking for one, and the prices have shot through the roof. I had a couple that I was watching a month and a half ago, and they were in the $75-100 range...today they are all in the $125+ range...

I am more than happy to take the weaker Intel video type of board, since it isn't going to need the video power, and will be more likely to resist the flexing issue.

I'd like to stay as far under $100 as I can...
