My T41 can't sleep (go to standby)

Hi guys,
My T41 can't go standby by itself I mean my power settings are set to: sleep after 15min and after these 15min- nothing happens. But when I pres Fn+F4 (sleep button) it goes without any problems.
I saw that my HDD also doesn't turn off as it is set in power option properties. Actually it turns off but after few seconds it turns on again.
Any ideas whats going on?

Are you using the ThinkPad Power Manager for those timers? According to this page on the Lenovo site:

Power manager only supports T-series starting at T43, even though I am using it on a T41 and a T42. I am using the newest version (v1.60) with Windows XP, and I have noticed that some things do not work in my T41. For example, I tried to set my LCD to sleep after 5 minutes but that never worked, also I don't think you can set the battery charging threshold. The T42, on the other hand, seems to work perfectly with Power Manager.

Do you have any program running that might prevent your Thinkpad going to sleep?

I'm using only TPFanControl. But I don't actually know am I using TP Power Manager. I'm using windows power manager in winXP. Can you tell me how to know what actually am I using to manage my power settings because I saw in System Update History that I have installed TP power management driver v1.53

Is there anybody who's got an idea what's going on. Should I uninstall Thinkpad Power management drivers?
