What prog are you using to check GPU temp?

Im run NHC (Notebook HardWare Contoller) to keep my T43 Cpu temp, reduce Vcore and Harddisk temp, but can't see GPU temp. Are there any addon or prog can used to see Gpu temp?

For Linux Ubuntu I use Gkrellm.

Also has a ton of other downloadable plug-ins too.
